"Baan Ma Ying" is a seafood restaurant located in Koh Klang Village, which reflects the community's style and way of life. It is located by the riverside with a nice atmosphere and cool breeze. The delicious food here focuses on seafood ingredients and is cooked into spicy dishes, especially the southern Thai dishes, such as yellow fish curry, stir-fried spicy fish, fried fish, steamed or grilled seafood, fried shrimp with tamarind sauce, and the must-eat dish is "Hoi Chak Tin", a famous dish of Krabi that you must try.

The special feature of the oyster is that it has a brown nail-like protrusion on its mouth. It is used for walking. The locals call it "Tin". When eating this oyster, you have to pull the part called "Tin" to release the oyster. Which the locals call "Chak Tin", so this type of shellfish is commonly called "Hoi Chak Tin" and is widely consumed as a delicious seafood dish.

"Baan Ma Ying" restaurant is located on the island in the middle of Mueang District, Krabi Province. The restaurant is open every day from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. You can travel from Krabi town to take a boat at Chao Fah Pier (a round trip charter, ask for prices at the pier). The boat will go directly to Baan Ma Ying Restaurant, taking about 10-20 minutes.
